What is the difference between percale and sateen?
Percale and sateen are both cotton, but differ in their feel, weave, and threadcount. Our percale sheets are 300 thread count, with a lighter weave for a crisp, cool, more breathable sheet that softens over time. Our sateen sheets are made from 600thread count Egyptian cotton with a finer yarn, for luxurious, silkier finish.
Should I wash my sheets before use?
Yes! You should always wash your bedding before use, according to the care instructions.
What is the thread count on your sheets?
We offer 300 thread count percale sheets and 600thread count sateen sheets. We believe that we have selected the best in single ply, ultra fine 60s, 80s, and 100s widths yarns to create these luxurious sheets.
What are the dimensions of the bedding? How do I know what size to buy?
We offer full, queen, and king size sheets as well as full/queen and king size duvet covers and coverlets. Please consult our size guide for more information.
How deep are your fitted sheets?
Our fitted sheets are 16" deep and will fit most standard and luxury mattresses. They also feature full elastic banding for an easier, more secure fit.
Which collections go together? Which decorative pillow goes with which bedding collection?
We carefully and consciously chose the colors and fabrics for our fashion bedding and accessories so they can be easily mixed and matched to express your own style and individuality. Enjoy curating your space.
Do you have any certifications?
Yes, many of our products are certified by OEKO-TEX® for sustainable production processes. We also strive for traceability and transparency, so many of our cotton products have the Egyptian Cotton Gold Seal. Is there a reason my bedding arrived in a fabric bag?
Instead of using plastic to ship our fashion bedding, we use cotton totes and laundry bags that can be reused rather than discarded.
We also ship our sateen/percale sheets, pillowcases, and duvets in bags made from fabric leftover from the production process. This way, we can limit our waste and environmental impact—and offer you something useful rather than disposable.
Can I recycle the packaging?
Please do! All fabric bags for the bedding are meant to be re-purposed (as totes, laundry bags, storage, etc.). We also only use recyclable plastic to shrink wrap our pillow inserts. This way, we can use smaller shipping cartons and lessen our impact on the earth.
Are gift boxes available?
Instead of single-use gift boxes, we ship most of our products in beautiful custom storage and tote bags. These unique bags are made from recycled materials, and are meant to be used again and again.
Shipping and Deliveries
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays and weekends). You should receive your order within 3-6 business days.
Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere within the contiguous US. We don't ship to Puerto Rico or Guam, PO boxes, or internationally.
How much is shipping?
Ground shipping is free within the contiguous US (not PO and APO shipments). Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
What if my item is backordered?
If your order has an item that is not currently in stock, then your entire order will ship when it is back in stock. If you need part of your order more quickly, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll do our best to help.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status online using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
How can I cancel my order?
We aren't able to accept order cancellations at this time, but once you receive your order, you can start a return by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I modify my order?
Once your order is placed, we can't modify the order. Please place an additional order and return any items you don't wish to keep.
Does my order qualify for Gift with Purchase?
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return any new, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping and processing fees associated with the return, and are non-refundable. For your convenience we will provide a shipping label. Please pack up your items in the original packaging, (if available), and return to any FedEx location. Once the return is received and processed, the shipping cost plus a $9.99 handling fee will be deducted from the return total. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.
How do I return a product?
You can return any new, undamaged product within 30 days of delivery, by contacting us at email@example.com.
What if I receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise?
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return it by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I exchange a product?
We don't offer exchanges at this time. We recommend returning your item(s) and placing a new order once your refund is processed to avoid multiple charges on your card.
